About the event
All are welcome! From individuals to families we encourage you to bring a picnic for yourself and a strong voice! Meet new people, play games, connect with amateur and professional musicians, and sing in the newly formed “People’s Choir!” The People's Choir will begin rehearsals and performances this fall. We are a non-audition, all ages and abilities community chorus focused on uniting our people through song and partnership.
Meet our People’s Choir director Ash Walker. A recent Masters graduate from Cal State East Bay and newly appointed Director of Choirs at Mt. Eden High School.
Perform music from all around the world like African folk songs and dances with a community of musicians just like you! We encourage you to bring a friend (or many!) and come ready to connect with an awesome community!
