Arguably two of the most famous French composers Gabriel Fauré and Maurice Duruflé utter their ultimate statement of the human condition using the ancient formulas familiar to the Roman Catholic Church of the Requiem Mass. The Eighth Annual Masterworks Concert will feature the Ohlone Chamber Singers accompanied by full orchestra and conducted by Dennis Keller, performing both these sublime works in two elegant evenings.

A rare treat for any singer or audience member!

The March 15th concert at Ohlone College will be a tribute concert celebrating the life of Dr. Gary Soren Smith.

"How Can I Keep From Singing"

Saturday, May 17th 8:00 PM Flyer
Gary Soren Smith Center for the Fine and Performing Arts, Fremont, CA

The Ohlone Chamber Singers, conducted by Dennis Keller, will perform music from Australia, China and the United States. Our conductor recently completed his sabbatical, conducting choirs and working with composers and singers in these countries. We are excited to be singing folk songs and concert music representative of these cultural traditions.
